From the Bare Frame Up
 Founded by Douglas and Amy Nelson, DNA Classic Restorations was born out of a desire to do things the right way—no shortcuts, no compromises. With over 20 years of professional, hands-on automotive mechanic experience, Douglas handles the grit, the engineering, and the heavy metal transformation in the shop, while Amy manages the engine that keeps the business running.

After years in the mainstream automotive world, we opened our own doors to focus exclusively on what we love: bringing classic vehicles back to life. Whether it’s a full frame-off restoration, a custom restomod, or dialing in a modern, reliable Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) conversion, we treat every single vehicle that enters our bays as if it were our own family heirloom.
